אימון ה- TRX מפתח כוח, סיבולת, איזון, יציבות, גמישות ושרירי ליבה, ולכן הוא אפקטיבי ביותר. חוסר היציבות במהלך כל האימון גורם לשרירי הליבה שלנו לעבוד באופן תמידי במהלך האימון. האימון עובד בעיקר על השריר הרחב בטני (transverse abdominis) וגם על שרירים מייצבים נוספים. כל שינוי בתנוחת הגוף במהלך התרגיל יכולה להקל או להקשות על ביצוע התרגיל, כך אתם יכולים לאתגר את עצמכם ואת גופכם יותר ויותר בכל אימון.]]></description>
